stored bike for a while...
Fresh gas, new oils, new plugs...
Wont start unless the kickstand is up, in neutral AND clutch is pulled.

failure to have all 3 and bike wont start

kickstand down and the fuel pump wont turn on

clutch not pulled and the starter skips and chatters

and ive always started bikes in neutral for obvious reasons

Theories are kickstand switch is bad and no idea whats with the clutch being needed to start.

03's have a kickstand switch in addition to a clutch switch and neutral switch. Odds of all 3 failing? Slim. Kickstand down shouldn't cause a fuel pump issue, my guess is you have a bad ground connection some where.

Battery voltage good?
