Well finally got done the open airbox mod and breather reroute with the Lowe's catchcan. Bike runs a like a champ..when in neutral. Revs up and everything. Took it for a spin and bike dies when clutch is released. I mean engine, lights everything. As soon as I pull clutch back in lights come back on and so does engine. I been searching the knowledge vault and figure it might be the sidestand wiring or something? Cuz it runs fine in neutral. Maybe I bumped/disconnected something when routing the breather?

Also put the exhaust back on after packing as well and wrapped oil lines in heat shielding. Maybe I bumped something down there?

OK cool, thanks guys. Found this via search-

Loose1 "Bypass the the switch. You just need to connect the two wires. A female spade connector does the trick. Stick it in the plug coming from your ecm, by the switch. Also I do the clutch switch. Mine went bad and it would shut off the ecm while I was ridding.
Matt"

Gonna try this out. THANKS!!!!!

Clip got disconnected. Must've bumped it or something when we were reattaching bottom fairing or when we put exhaust and cathcan in. Thanks all

What size is that spade connector? Might make a good thing to have for emergency repairs. Toss one of those in the "tool" kit.
