Bike 2006 XB12ss and my ECM # is "Y0152.3A8 05188" the "0" have a "/" inside which I take as the number 0. The reason I ask is that my unchanged fuel maps in my ECM are almost identical to the race maps I have seen. I have recently installed a Hawk Performance muffler and was going to load in the race fuel maps, but since mine are so close I do not know if I should. The bike runs great in all aspects with no stumbling. Below are my Ecm maps. Any thoughts? Thanks, Dean

Y0152.3A8 is a stock ECM. As for the maps, I can't say, I don't have a set of stock eeproms laying around here at work to take a look. : )

Your best bet is to get the bike custom tuned for your pipe, as the race map was for a specific setup including the race muffler.

I don't think the race maps would even work in your ECM. The graphs may look the same visually, but the actual data layout (the places the information is stored) for the race ECM is different than stock.

That's if you're talking about the Buell race stuff. If you're talking about a custom race tune you've seen for your specific ECM, ignore my post.

My fuel maps are very similar to the 3rd data logged map on page 40 of the Buell Tuning Guide. I not saying it is a race map but I do not think it is a baseline stock map. When I had the oil line connection come loose the local HD Rep said to let Tilley's HD/Buell in Statesville,N.C. fix it because they had the best Buell Tech in the area. Maybe, very doubtful, he loaded up new maps. Even looking at all the cells in the maps mine are closer to the race cells than bare stock.
