I'm copying this to both the XB and the 1125 forums as the seat fits both (so don't feel like you have to answer in both forums ).

1. Does the Custom Seat material match the stock passenger pillion? Or is the vinyl different looking?

2. Can the plastic tail section cover fit over the Custom Pillion?

3. How do owners feel about the comfort of the Custom Seat?

4. Are there any problems (fit, longevity, appearance, etc.)?

Thanks to all who answer.

from what i can tell, they are the same vinyl, unless your bike came with the perforated. all things considered, a sun-beaten seat will look a little different than a new one.

i would think the cover should fit over the smaller custom pillion. i've seen one with wear mars similar those from a pillion cover, but have never seen it installed in person.

it's more cushy. the rider seat feels pretty stuffed. adds some to the seat height.

the red Pegasus logos will fade. and with just the rider seat, it feels like your butt can slide right off the back of the bike. i like the big pillion there to stop me.
