Hey guys and gals.
Do these look right?

I just did the updated oil gear as well as installed a 12 header and throttle body.

Bike starts and idles just fine, but as soon as she revs to 1400 its nothing but pop, pop, pop. bad missfire.
So I was thinking maybe the timing is off a bit?
The far right cams are the only ones I removed and put back in and they don't exactly line up perfect....(pics 2 and 4)

any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

HELP PLEASE

Poop... Can a mod move this to the KV?

I didn't even think to put it there... Which is where it belongs :-)

thanks.

its right. your email helped. its the new ecm most likely or the injector. i sent you a email requesting the ecm firmware value. i'll get you a good new data for it. load it then reset the tps. if its still acting up. install your old ecm and reset the tps again.

with those mods you still want a xb9 ecm.

Just hit ya back mike.

It's supposedly a stock 03 XB9S ECM.

I'll get the numbers to you in a bit to be certain.

Those timing marks just seem iffy on the front cyl

Tried sending an email but my laptop is screwing up.
I saved some screen shots on it, but can't get them to send and ran out of time at lunch.

I'll get them to you by 6 tonight!

Thanks

the marks are good.

i checked with a set of cams here. to be 100%.

the code you got on the ecm could be the issue. clear it. retest the bike if it comes back on the xb12 body you got. has different injectors. get a new set from the dealer. they are not to high.

i have the factory data to reflash the old cb ecm for you back to fresh. then you reset the tps and its stock again.

can you borrow a laptop? since yours broke.

i'll email you.

you need that bike rolling..
