I have the race filter stock ecm w/a Wileyco Can. Getting a lot of back pressure when off the throttle(Shotgun Blasts). Will the race ECM cure this ,or do I need a PCIII. |

Race ECM will take care of that for you. Ride to the edge! Dave Iowa HD/Buell (Buell Cycle Center) |

I had the same combo. The race ECM reduces the pops and farts, but does not eliminate them. Mark |

Do the pops and farts hurt anything??? If not... I've always like a snarly sounding exhaust. |

Just did a little service manual reading and it appears my idle has been set to low. Now at 1050 I've eliminated a lot of them.

The popping and such usually means she's running alittle lean.Like Daves said ECM will clear it up with a TPS reset. |

Dave What is the usual book time to do a ECM and TPS reset? Eric. |

Probably at least an hour. On the 9R the ECM is behind the fairing and then you have to reset the TPS. Ride to the edge! Dave Iowa HD/Buell (Buell Cycle Center) |
