Picked up the XB12R this afternoon from Gainesville Buell after having a service done and putting her back into "street" clothes. As usual, the work was done right and on time, the people were pleasant and professional, and the price was reasonable. Definitely worth the 1 hour 45 minute drive from Jacksonville. BTW, there are three Buell dealers in Jacksonville- but they have proven themselves unworthy of my business. Thank you G-ville Buell for doing it right.

I'm from Tally.... picked up my '06 Uly from the Orange Park dealer about a month ago so I'm still getting used to her. When they filled out the registration application as it being a Harley rather than Buell it kinda gave me an idea of their emphasis and mindset. I did not have a bad experience with the purchase but right off the bat they got off on the wrong foot.

I finally got a chance to get over to G'ville and introduce myself (through the grapevine they seem to get the most respect and compliments). The guys there were nice and helpful. I haven't needed any service yet but have been having surging at low speed / steady low RPM, and from what I've read I probably need a TPS reset and/or check the ECM to see if it was updated. I'm supposed to have dealer warranty until April so I'm gonna set up an appt to get them done in G'ville.

Redbuell thx for the recommendation.

Peter, I did the service on your XB and am glad to hear you had a good experience!! You have made some nice changes to your XB! The Techspec grip skins are really nice. Also, great job putting those tires to work!

Thank you, Ericz.

The above post is a perfect example of why I travel to Gainesville Buell- personalized, professional service by people who care. If more dealers would follow G-ville's lead the world would be a better place. Keep up the good work!

They had my 08 XB in recently for some warranty work (bad stator). The bike was done within 1 1/2 hrs.

Look for me on the Gainesville sponsored XB12R Firebolt in the WERA north Florida Series. First race is March 7-8 at Jennings GP in Florida!
