Add "FTEPA" under the script.

I haven't seen anyone bring this up yet about the Drummer muffler, but wouldn't it still have the factory stamping saying it MET THE EPA noise restrictions?

Could come in handy if THE MAN stops ya and wants to hassle ya about "loud pipes". - Just a thought.
