I have had gas pour out on the muffler when I've filled up my tank in the past . Is there an over flow vent ? It seems to happen if I fill it over the frame opening . Is this normal ?

Yes there is an overflow... it will drip out a tube onto the road... The answer is as stot said... Just one tank please...
