I bought a ceramic header, in installing it I left the sensor out to ease putting the back pipe in. Now is there some trick to getting that sensor in? should I remove the fan, the spring, the entire engine? I need help!

Officially, you have to rotate the engine down. Hopefully, you can find a way around that. Good luck.

You do not have to rotate the engine down, I have done the headers on 2 xb9s and also 2 xb12s and have not rotated the engine on any of these bikes, if anyone wants the info PM me and I will send you the instructions.

That would be good to have in the KV section(or here or somewhere on Bad web).
