Is the manuel that comes with the bike the best way to set up the dialings on the suspension?
I have new tires and lost a little weight. Bike rides different.
Any suggestions? Thanks

My thought is the manuals setting are ok if you are a lighter weight (160/175) and have the front and rear preload adjusted correctly. If you weigh more than listed above I do not think the manuals damping settings are correct and the rear preload allows to much sag which is great for wheelies but not cornering. I think the Shawn Higbee settings are much more confidence inspiring at least for me (I am 200Lbs geared up) without the wallow and porpoising I was getting with the manuals damping and preload settings. The bike is extremely flickable and goes exactly where pointed and is an absolute blast to ride.

Look under archived Sept 30th... Under the suspension settings thread it's listed there...
