Would someone that owns a STT be able to share the overall shock lenegth with us?

Short Legged Uly rider would like to know. before purchasing one.

I don't have the exact number, but they're about mid-way between the standard XBs and Uly lengths. I believe they're about 1" shorter than the Uly.

I'm only 5'7 - 5'8 (depending on shoes/boots), and the STT fits me pretty well. It's definitely a 'stretch' to get both feet down at stops, so I normally do the one foot deal. I wish I could flatfoot both feet like I could with my old 12S, but I don't mind the minor inconvienence considering the ride is SOOO much better, IMO.

We are thinking that the Ss and STT are a bit shorter the the Uly.

The XT is lower than the X and the Ss and STT are lower yet.

TT has 5.63 of front/rear travel vs. 4.92 of front/rear travel on the XT.

How does the XT manage to have more ground clearance? Is is because of the rake/trail/fork angle?
