OK, so we know Nallin has the pc2 for their kit with maps, but what about getting pc2 for D&D or Latus or whatever? If you get the race kit ecm then you have to get it flashed right? If you get a pc2 then it replaces the ecm and is supposed to be better right? So what is the best/ cheapest route if a Nallin kit is a bit too pricey? I like the look of the stock pipes and I need them to fit my race plastic so Nallin pipes won't do. I want to Jet coat the stock ones and add a good muffler. Any ideas? Maybe Aaron has the answer..

Johnny,
The PCIII does not replace the ECM, it augments it wrt the EFI.

Blake, didn't know that. Thank you. Anyone selling PCIII with maps for our ecm's and possible accessories? My jap bike friends have a dozen or so maps with the standard upgrades as choices in maps.

Johnny, check Dynojet's site for map downloads.

If you can't find what you need, the only other option is to take it to someone with a load control dyno and an a/f sniffer and have a custom map written for it. It's something of a tedious and time consuming process to do it right, and of course the equipment to do it with isn't cheap, so don't expect the service to be cheap. But in the end it's better than an off-the-shelf map because it's created just for your bike.

Aaron, I definately don't have the funds for that-yet! But I want to get my info right before I buy. Do you guys have maps that will work with other pipes? I just don't think your pipes will fit inside the plastic. But I defiantely want more tuneability than the race kit ecm. What do you think?

To be honest with you Johhny, I don't remember us doing any custom maps for XB's other than for our pipe. Those maps were made for the optional high-performance O2 sensor as well. I'd have to go look on the dyno computer, but I don't think we've done any other XB maps. Did you try the Dynojet site? Last time I looked, they had a bunch of maps on there for download. Don't know if they have any XB maps or not though, they never actually made a Power Commander for the XB. We use the X1 unit on XB's, it works fine. But it's been discontinued too, there's a finite supply in the world and then that's it.
