Kind of the cut rate version of the translogic triptronic shifter I have to use.

The Pingel works, but will sometimes miss shifts. Mine has a high speed linear
actuator that provides a more positive, higher torque shift action.

The pingel is a LOT cheaper than the translogic unit though.

ignition kill switches are available from a lot of manufacturers and are great for full throttle up shifts.
You just have to shift firmly and decisively. pre-loading the shifter won't work. 50ms is the typical cutout time.

You do need to clutch your down shifts though.

The ram air effect doesn't really help until well above legal speeds. I considered using the same set up as we use on
the race bike, but I decided that it was way more show than go at speeds less than 100mph or so. But if you have
the cash, translogic sells a full dash that could be attached to the ducting with a little velcro.

Translogic's stuff is sourced from aviation grade parts and it just flat works. I use one of their shifters
and one of their earlier model readouts on my street bike. Top shelf stuff.
