ok so i finaly got the 9R scanned and got a paint formula and painted the undertail and my windscreen the color is still a little off it needs more green or something i gotta say trying to color match paint that dosent exsist is a challenge...the undertail looks good painted the windscreen the jury is still out on though.. il post some pics sometime here soon if anybody wants the formula or some paint il try to figure out a way to send it when i get it right.. in the natural light it looks fine but when its under flouresents u can see its off ..but it is better than using krylon ( i think ) .

Why not just get as close as possible and paint the whole thing?

i dont want to paint the whole thing i just wanted to match some of the black parts that i wanted yellow....im gettin my frame and swingarm line-xd and the windscreen was pretty much a throw away cause i have a new black one so i thought id see how it looked yellow by painting the underside like we do for bug shields on trucks..it looks pretty good and i wanted good paint i could clear so it would last for a while plastic is hard to get paint to stick to no matter how good u prep....im really close on the color having it scanned helped but scanning isnt perfect even the sikkens reps were a little perplexed by the color....one of the guys liked it so much though that i painted his kids bike the color i had and it looks good. anywhoo i just though that seems how i had such a bitch of a time matchin the color somebody else might want some when i get it right...just a though ya'll seem to be pretty helpful thought id try to do my part maybe i was wrong maybe im weird paintin stuff i just cant leave well enough alone.
