I got a ticket for only having one mirror, and have to send a picture withing 24 hrs. of "my" bike with two mirrors on it. If someone could send me a pic from the front view or rider view of the front of a black xb9/12 with two mirrors viewed, I would appreciate it. Thanks | ||

One mirror is legal in some states (most I thought), as long as it is on your left. At least thats how it is in Florida and RI. You may want to check your local laws, I see that you are in NY. I've had cops right me some pretty obscure tickets before and they usually don't hold up in court. They can be pr*cks when they want to be. | ||

That's to put it lightly.. He wanted to give me a ticket for loud exhaust, liscense plate wasn't "visible" enough for him, even though it is exactly where it is supposed to be and changing lanes too much! I told him it's NYC, of course I was changing lanes, people double park, swerve, etc.. What are you going to do? | ||

I appreciate it. I used xb12rdude's, that should be fine, I also printed the page from the AMA state by state law page which said only one is required. I guarantee they still f*ck me with a fine somehow! | ||

xb9ser sorry to hijack the post, but where did you get the blue pegasus logos for the sides of your frame? I've got a blue cityX, and those would make a neat accent to the existing color scheme ( plus, I've got to paint the sides of the frame there where my leathers have rubbed anyway) thanks | ||
