Columbus, Ohio: AD Farrows
Sales: 4.5 stars, Service: 4 stars (only used once) Parts: 4 stars (only used once)

They gave me a new front isolator under warranty so that I could install it. I didn't want to wait a week for them to do it. I thought that was great service from both service and parts. It showed some trust in the customer.

Whoops! 99Buellx1 is right. Apologies all. Can't understand why that didn't come up when I googled "good dealer" at badweb.

I made the mistake of having one of the local "custom" shops try to fix my M2 last summer. 3 weeks and $300 later, I still had the same problem. The battery was placed on top of the fuel tank vent hose. I freed the hose, problem solved.

P.S. that shop caught fire a few months ago. I swear that I had nothing to do with it. : )

It's all good.
You followed the right procedure by trying to search it first.
And thank you for that, most people dont search.

Just remember, this board has been around for years and has thousands of members, if you can think it, it's probably been posted before.

Now why it didnt show on the search? I dunno, I've never used the google feature only the built in board search, and it works well.

I second Farrow in CBus ohio. Service was great, The parts guys still get a little cross eyed on the Buell thing but the get my parts for me.

Sales was pretty weak, but I wanted the bike so bad it didnt matter that much.

Hey Brad.. No fair giving props to your job!

Actually, I think Whitt's has been improving over time. Still has a way to go, but I'm sure Brad is pushing them as hard as he can to improve their standing with regard to Buells.

Several years ago, I would have told you to avoid them. Period. But new management and a clearing of the 'deadwood' in the staff seems to have helped. So, while they are not at the top of the list.. they are working on it..
