Some off you guys might know my problem with the force exhaust. Front exhaust header were it meets with the mid section breaking (2 time) Force will not do anything about it since its a Race exhaust. I took about 4 hours and put my stock header back on with the force muffler. Runs alot better the the complete force system, will dyno soon

Sorry to hear about your trouble. You have to be VERY careful to not have any
binding in the exhaust system with these thin Ti pipes. We had one crack at Daytona
for just that reason. I'm sure you can find a buyer here if you want to sell the pipe.

Best Exhaust for an XB is the Micron. Fits PERFECT!!!! Makes killer power!!!! It actually picks up exhaust flow on the flow bench unlike other systems that we have seen. The hydro formed tubing looks very cool as well. Have had no failures

yeah I know it the best but really dont feel like putting out the cash to buy it cause I am looking at getting a 07.

I been having the force exhaust for quit some time now and it just pisses me off that the same thing happened TWICE and force will not do anything about it SO I am kind of concerned about buying another pipe and it breaking. I work at a dealership you would think that they would want to help me out so I can sell their product.

Lucas,
How is the reversion on with the Force muffler on the stock header compared to the race header? Do you feel any difference in top end power?

The local Buell guru (Dealership Owner) down here has a 03 XB12R with extensive engine mods. He tried the force header and pipe and had nothing but problems. He ultimately went to stock header and a drummer pipe and is very happy.

We had a couple Force systems come through the dealership that I worked, nothing but problems. Garbage.

Micron is a standup company that WILL support their product.

I have seen a couple Micron systems installed on XB-based motors and to see them, they've really done their homework - ESPECIALLY the mid-pipe spring coupling - does a LOT to reduce the stresses of rigid mounting.

(plus it just looks and sounds so dang cool!

I hear you all talking about all the different exhaust systems out there and I know they produce good dyno numbers, but I just can't get away from that Force sound!
If Lucas can show good numbers on the dyno, I'm going that route. I finally heard a D&D this weekend and the sound just doesn't compare.
