Anyone near the Cleveland, OH area looking for a great BUELL dealer, I highly recommend Western Reserve H-D/ Buell in Mentor.

I had a very irritating driveability issue with my 03 XB9S (new in March 05)that was posted here several months ago. We just couldn't seem to resolve no matter how much the techs tried. A few weekends ago, after many days in and out of the shop, my salesman, Bob Lapp (who actually rides and LIKES Buells!), took me out on the floor and showed me the light in the form of a brand new XB12R with my name on it. Bob and the owner of W-R cooked me up a "deal of the Century" in exchange for my troubled Lightning, and sent me on my way about an hour later. I could not be happier! I have NEVER had a dealer come through like this!

For all the negative dealer stories out there, I thought it might be nice to pass on a positive for a change. Western Reserve has been great in sales, service, and just a cool place to hang out and talk bikes. There are even SEVERAL actual BUELL riders!!!

Now, I've got a break between thunderstorms, and it's 65 outside- I'm going riding for a bit!
