I'm thinking of adding a shift lite to my XB12s and I was curious has anyone here has done this? If so, which lite works best and how difficult is/was it to install and secure? Thanks, gS |

hey Rage, i have to ask, how often do you find yourself really using the light? I have one on my IL4 and i just never seem to use it because that requires me to me some what looking down at it. When i first got the bike i thought cool....then after riding for a while i just quit using it because i was just shifting by feel and sound. |

I use it alot, if im gettin on it around town i wil shift by ear but if im and a track or this one place that people go to, i will shift by the light, its very bright i dont have to be lookin right at it. Its easy to in stall, just need a to hook up a few wires, prolly took 45min |
