First digit blinks, 2 second pause, then 2nd digit.
Multiple codes blinked after another 2 second pause. If a code repeats, you have them all.

code
11: TPS
13: O2 sensor
14: Engine temp sensor
15: IAT sensor
16: Battery Voltage
23: Front injector
24: Front ignition coil
25: Rear ignition coil
32: rear injector
33: Fuel pump
35: Tach
36: Fan
44: Bank Angle sensor
52,53,54,55: ECM failure
56: Cam sync failure.

I'd run with the IAT sensor...the others would result in a no-run condition.

The CE engine light won't show trouble codes unless you jumper the pins on the ecm data connector. If the CE light flashed in the conditions stated above then it sounds like the motor thinks it's overheated. I would be checking the cyl head temp wire, coming from down inside the centre of the rear cyl. But I've been wrong many times before. Good luck.

Sorry about it, but I think I made a mistake: I'm running with Power commander (over 2 years) and I assumed being between ecm and engine would protect it from failure; I removed it and now it's only showing an injector failure (maybe a loosen connector), so maybe I was wrong. It's hard to read because in the middle of flashes mostly times fuel pump starts running on/off with blinks on engine light(key switch relay?). Sorry for my ignorance in electrical probs.
