The tail is too long for the stock swingarm. Putting any weight at the back will make the bike extremely wheelie happy on an already wheelie happy bike. You would need to replace the rear swing arm for the X or SS model as well. As to bolt ability I am not 100% certain that they are swapable. |

Might be more do-able to put the Ss tail on the xbs. It looks like it would be about the same length as the xbs>r tail conversion, but would probably be cheaper and less time consuming. I'm scrounging around for prices to do that very thing. Although....then, with the lowered suspension and the longer tail, would I have to call my bike an XB9shlon-? ( nevermind!) |
