Anyone know what year/model had black tank decals? I want to replace the amber ones on my bike with a black set from one of the tubers. | ||

Another option would be to check with a local sign maker that can do vinyl lettering. Find a font that matches the Buell font and they can cut some decals any size and color you want. This may be cheaper then buying some from the dealership. | ||

I second that. Look at my profile. $30 for all of the lettering and install at my local sign maker. | ||

none had black lettering.and the ones from the tubers were a different size any way.if you do have some one make them,have them make them just a little bit bigger just on the outer edge. it makes placing them over the old area easier.  | ||

i believe the yellow '03 Lightnings had black lettering...tho I'd still say going the sign shop way to get more would be easiest to get new ones | ||

not positive on the yellow '03, but i am pretty sure they had chrome/silver. and the '05 yellow firebolts have white? |
