What issues, if any, would there be if the engine was tilted some in a running motorcycle?
I am NOT talking about in an 1125 chassis, but if in something else, what problems could come up?

ummm, maybe oil issues (foaming, starvation and drainage)depending on the degree of tilt

iirc the oil pump can loose suction under heavy braking, so don't tilt it too much forward

Ive got a spare engine (and damn near everything else)...I'm just thinking of ideas of what to do with it.

Already have another 1125R for the street, so trying to figure out what I can do, what I WANT to do.

Thinking a cruiser. Cafe'd. I dont know.

Closer, yes.
I dont know, exactly, what I want. But I want something a bit different.

Recently I was asking about dimensions of the engine, and, on a different board, I inquired about the sportster frames...doesnt look like it'd fit unfortunately.

I dont know what I'll end up doing.
Started looking at other, stock frames this morning.
Have also contacted BOTT, seeing if they've looked into this lump yet or not.

Just getting different ideas

Nothing to do with your build ,but Bott is doing a project with a xbrr for pikes peak.
You probably have seen it!

Do build your own bott frame with the 1125 engine!

I once had plans to make a bott style frame with a xb9 engine ,but got side tracked when finding a s1 rolling frame.
So adjusted the plans for that to use the xb9 engine in the s1 (without altering anything at the frame)
Made a start with it ,but now again im thinking what to do ,after finding a low miles x1 engine!?
