When the bike is warm and running in nuetral, there is additional noise coming from the motor that goes away when I pull in the clutch. Normal? Just bought the bike, has 7700 niles on it.

Yep, that's normal. Mine has always done it.

Also, welcome to BadWeb!

How do you like the CR?

Thanks for the response. Despite the charging system and boiling fuel, I love it. I came off a ZX-10r so it's lacking in the power department, but still loads of fun.

I've ridden a friend's ZX-10R, and it was fun. Wicked fast! I've also ridden his ZX-14R that he traded the 10 for. That bike was insane in a straight line!! But it's also a 550 lb pig, so it wasn't as much fun to lean over.

I still prefer my little CR. Way more fun where I normally ride. Not as fast, but still awesome. I've put close to 20,000 miles on the bike since I've had it, and I'm still smiling like a fool every time I get off it!!

My wife is just glad I'm still in love with it, since that means I won't be spending the money on a new bike...
