Was your voltage dropping when this happened? The system is designed to kill off certain electrical items in a pre-prescribed order if your charging system begins to fail. If your charging system is ok, and your IC isn't throwing any CEL's at ya, I'd start checking to see what came loose.

He said, "blinkers". So I'm figuring he meant all of them. I hope it's an easy fix for him. I hate electrical problems.

My blinkers stopped working once, along with my horn. Turned out to be a blown fuse. Could it be the IC?

Well, it was a fuse. I know , how'd I miss that? I swear I pulled out every fuse! It turns out that the fuse didn't exactly blow but instead one of the blades came loose internally, leaving a good appearing fuse that was broken at the spade, beware fyi!

I usually use a test light to check fuses. The bulb should light on both sides of the fuse,
