Is there a place other than H-D Net to view all bulletins pertaining to the 1125R and their respective build dates? I do realize that 3 times a week the same issues get brought up: Charging System Weeping Issues Clutch Cover LFL and CEL Latest Flashes Rear Turn Signals Front Brake Line Stator Side Fairings Melting Overheating Etc Etc Etc Etc I know that if there is an issue that was a manufacturer defect, it SURELY is posted EVERYWHERE in this forum multiple times but its hard to keep track of since it gets off topic in many threads (I know, I know its the nature of teh interwebz). It seems that some issues, like the clutch cover for instance, isn't even posted in a bulletin for the simple fact that it didn't affect A LOT of bikes but did affect some. I for one didn't see it anywhere on HD net when I was at the shop but do know that I found it on here and HD decided to cover it under warranty. Here are my questions: Is it possible we can put these in a separate thread and sticky so we can all come back to it (kinda like a filing cabinet)? Are there certain other issues that were never recalled or put in a bulletin but Buell acknowledged that they can fix if there is a problem? If anyone knows anything as a potential issue that has a fix for it (ex. denoid) could be posted in their too. I do think this forum is awesome and I have been reading it for a few years now to stay on top of things. Recently, I always get the feeling when I look at the board, there are a lot of..."whelp, another issue with the 1125r that needs to get addressed but my dealer sucks and HD is screwing us over" type threads. Am I crazy? If I am will shut it. I always end up getting paranoid about my bike when I read other peoples threads regarding their specific issues. My bike has been in the shop for 2.5 months now getting customized (from an accident) but I have patience especially during the winter months and I HOPE that all issues/upgrades/recalls have been taken care of on mine. They say they have but then again I keep coming across new things on the forum. Anyways, I digress. Can anyone help out with links or a sticky thread? I would LOVE to have all of these issues at my fingertips. I do realize someone may have already addressed this by requesting the same thing  | ||

That definitely addresses the turn signals issue, and even goes further to tell which ones are the bad ones from the good ones...and that's great. I read all the others on the link and didn't find the other issues listed. I do realize I could just read past threads, and I know the issues are addressed there, I just think it would be easier for everyone if we could just see it as: Problem, build date, solution, tips problem, build date, solution, tips etc If it cant be done, then its all good. I just thought it would be cool to be the forum that has all the answers in one specific place with all the info that you would ever need based on fact. | ||

It can be done. Pretty much everything you ask has been covered in previous threads, so what I have been doing is making the sticky link to the old threads rather than make new ones. The main reason I haven't done some of them yet was I didn't have time do dig up the photos and details or posts to add. You mentioned you had access to HD-net, would it be possible you could share the bulletins and such? Any way that anyone could contribute would be great, feel free to add posts and threads. | ||

I meant that I was viewing HD net from the shop with the parts guy. I was looking at it with him. There are alot of issues which makes it difficult to sort through the threads. Luckily I havent had any of them yet at 8000 miles but I have been pretty proactive on getting them fixed. I just always have the feeling I am missing something. But I can get paranoid easily so who knows. | ||

I am really thinking this is a job for a database. I actually could build this pretty easily so that it would be searchable by build date or other criteria but it would require a lot of data that I don't have but resides here in the forum. www.mototheory.com is really the best example of database presentation I can do. | ||
