Anyone have a cool Buell leather jacket? I'm thinking of getting one to go with my new 09 Buell 1125R blue/white. Are they good quality? I had a HD jacket when I had a sportster and its almost 10 years old and it gets better with age. Nice thick leather that's wearing really well. If the quality is as good than I will definitely buy one. The place where I bought my bike said I would get 20% off anything so it makes it tempting. I have the Turbulent which would be too cool for now. It's very well made. I think they're actually Joe Rocket jackets. More details in the knowledge section. | ||

Ditto on the Buell Turbulent jacket. I have one and wear it riding about every time, unless it's real warm out, then I wear my mesh. I put a wanted ad in the classified for that same leather jacket a few days ago. | ||

i have a buell leather jacket - mine is made by Vanson. Ilove it. But I dont think Vanson makes them for buell anymore. | ||

Is there sizing pretty typical? Since my dealer doesn't have on in stock (surprise) I would have to order. How do I insure I ge the correct size? I'm not a big guy by any means about 160lbs 5'9". | ||

Sizing is typical and the new leather jacket is not made by Vanson but is just as good. Very high end product good leather. Mid grade on the thinkness. Good for street or track. I like mine. | ||
