Called my service manager at Whitts HD VA to see if we could order or had the 0504 recall kit. He informed me that it would be available "in about a month" but that there was another recall on the way, 0506 fuel pressure regulator, anyone have any news?

the day i got my cr 15 miles after i rode off the line busted and to get me back on the road that day they put in some parts (i think the fuel pump assembly/line) from an 08 1125R - whats weird is that i think it busted at startup - because there was no trail from when i came in the driveway, it just started spewing when i started the bike.

Ponti1, I don't know any details, that is the only thing that the service manager said. Since I am a 08 1125R owner, it would be safe to assume that the recall covers the 08 R, as for 09 R and CR I don't know.

I haven't heard anything yet.

I went to Whitts two weekends ago to look around and pickup oil filter for first service. What part of VA you in Cscutt? I live in Herndon. I talked to someone a while back from the NorVA area and it may have been you. I apologize for the bad memory.
