The Race Attacks are the tires Fresno mentioned, that get progressively softer from center to edge. I have read good reports on them - and will be installing a set shortly.

I haven't tried the Conti Race Attacks.

So, the Z6 is obviously a harder compound, at least in the center. How do they grip? Does the outside still have a soft enough compound to handle aggressive cornering? My fear with any unfamiliar tire is that overconfidence will put me in a hairy situation...
For my riding style, I honestly have not noticed a difference.
The grip is good and I've been accused of riding like my hair is on fire by several people who ride with me.
I love to tear up the twisties. |

I am curious about the mileage on the Rossos? Anyone gone thru a set yet? What did you get on the Rossos vs. the OEM? Lastly, they say the rear wears so well that both the front and rear wear down together. True? |

i ended up just purchasing just a new rear corsa III. when the front tire wears out, ill buy a new set of tires, but for now it seems in my budgets interest, and to not waste a front that has tons of tread left still to keep the same rear. furthermore i am a firm believer in keeping the same brand and model of tire on the front and back for performance reasons!
... here we go with the next 4k miles! the 2nd rear should last me till october now! |

Pizza, I did the same thing, but it looks like the 1st front won't keep up with the 2nd rear. I'll be in a dilemma in a couple weeks....I have the Bridgestone BT-016s on order now... |

I settled on the Rosso for my new rear, since I found one for what I think is a pretty good deal ($145), and all the reviews I've seen of them are favorable. I'll be the guinea pig here and start into the longevity test since it seems nobody else has purchased one yet. |

I have a set of Pilot Powers sitting in my garage waiting to be put on. maybe 1000 miles left on my stock front and 2nd rear tire. |

I have no idea how you guys get that many miles out of a set tires. My odometer is almost 4,800 (miles) and I'm ready for my third set of tires. The Corsa 3 tires really grab the road but I need a little more than 2,500 miles from a set of tires. I have a set Rosso's that will be installed next week so we'll see how that works out. |
