Black !996 Buell S1 (first year). Only 11,650 miles and I have the original parts to fully restore if desired (including the airbox and muffler that were unique to 96, as well as a signed fairing). 96 has a strong motor mount than later years. Currently has carbon Borla exhaust (sounds incredible, much better than the Supertrapp, race muffler, or V&H which I have tried), and a Dragtron air cleaner. The bike has like new rubber and a new battery, Has been in the family since new and was in storage for over a decade, but was put away right and runs great. Only real flaw is that the tank decals did bubble off, however, rare to have an original decal tank (this one laster over 10 years before bubbling so I suspect the early ones were thicker tanks. Hate text it go but mostly do two-up riding now and have an S3 for that. Asking $4,100 with the original parts included.  |
