I love this bike. The only reason I am selling it is because my job situation has left me where I'll be homeless otherwise. And believe me...I've tried every other option I can think of before resorting to this.

I purchased the bike in March. This season, I put around 4,500 miles on her, including a fairly epic four state tour over the course of a week back in June. She's seen the snake. She's slain the dragon. She's endured more miles of superslab boredom than she deserved, but she's never given me a problem. I've loved her well and taken good care of her, keeping her in a garage and buying her close to $3k in gifts and vanities including:

- New Gold CRG brake/clutch control levers
- New Gold foot pegs (with 1" drop for a much more comfortable ride)
- New Aluminum oil catch (keeps her from spraying burnt oil all over the motor and your boots)
- New windscreen (OEM)
- New Saddlemen Track CF seat
- New clip ons (OEM)
- New Rizoma grips and bar ends
- New Halogen primary light and LED secondary
- New Mirrors (long, OEM)
- New Battery

I did a lot of work on her, prettying up this, fixing that. I resurfaced the headlight reflectors, for instance, fixing the scorched reflectors that resulted in a recall a few years back. I built a 1" ram mount compatible ball for her (NONE existed on the market, so I didn't have any other options, but I think you'll admire my elegant solution), and installed an iPhone 5 charger as well, so I could use GPS and such. In addition, I replaced the kickstand on the bike with one whose fulcrum pin won't shear in half (which actually happened with the OEM kickstand...thankfully I was sitting on her and didn't dump the bike...whew). For all my work, I won't lie, she's not without a cosmetic blemish or two, but for the most part it's just scuffs and such on the plastics. After the year she had, she could probably use a new pair of shoes. She's ready to ride, though.

I hope someone else will love her as much as I have and still do. I'm FIRM on the price. Serious inquiries only. I'll throw in a couple of Buell OEM oil filters and the stock bits that I replaced with after market ones if you'd like. PM me for contact info and such.

I'm reducing the ask price on the bike to $4200... obviously, my firmness has deteriorated as my desperation has increased... while it pains me to do so when I know the bike, as it sits, is worth closer to $5k and that I'm flushing another $2k+ in optional equipment and stuff down the toilet, being homeless seems a lot worse. thank you.
