I need a top tree for a 2000 X1. I'm going to do some custom stuff with it, so cheap and beat up is fine!

Did you know the M2 and X1 share the same casting with different bores for the forks?

I had my M2 triples machined out to accept the larger 54mm X1 forks on my bike. Machinist said it wanted to chatter a bit due to the cut for the clamp, in case you want to get the same done.

If you can make use of them I have a set of only lightly abused M2 triples I can sell you, I got them fairly cheap, was going to polish them and re-sell them... I don't think I'll get to that any time soon. I can check my records for what I paid if you can make use of them, just sell them to you for what I paid.
