I'm looking to trade my 2009 red 1125CR for a Firebolt.My bike is like new with less than 500 miles.Not looking to sell it,just looking for a fair trade.This is an awesome bike,but I'd be better off with something that's a little less likely to get me in trouble.I'd prefer a fair trade for a 2008+ 1200 in the same condition with low miles.I may trade for a nice older low mile Firebolt and cash.Don't expect me to trade even for a 2003 1000.No junk or wrecked bikes.Local Texas trade only. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2493/4061152210_9f7 db86aa4_o.jpg | ||

Pass on the 6K.Thanks for the offer though.The only reason for putting it on the chopping block is to preserve my driving record.I've owned faster and quicker rides,but never have any tested my control over my right wrist like this one.I never had any desire to get up to 80 on my S1.This bike has seen a top of 82 and it hasn't been easy.We won't even discuss acceleration.That's a whole different argument where the brain looses to the grin with the help or the right wrist.I need to check if my dads threat still stands.......You know,the one regrading the washers under the pedal,or something along those lines. | ||

That's not very nice Rex.I would have taken a new S2 over this thing if one had been in the showroom.Those S2's just seem to captivate and stimulate the eyes!They don't show their age either if you ask me. I can offer free transport between Austin,TX and Greensboro,NC at the end of Dec.I will also haul others on the cheap if anyone needs a bike or whatever moved across 30 or 40.I bought two bikes and a trailer just north of Greensboro in VA.I'll be going to pick them up after Christmas. | ||

good luck. I have a 2009 bolt with 800 miles perfect condition i just dont car for the 1125's. if someone ever has a 1125 with a firebolt front end for even trade i'd have to think about it lol. free bump | ||

I like the way this bike looks.I just don't like having a street bike with such a light front end.....It must be light,because it takes a lot of effort to keep it where it should be.Is that a front end weight issue? On a serious note,I thought about buying a new Firebolt front fairing a while back.Still doesn't address my issues with the bike though.I have never owned anything with a four stroke engine that is soooooo much fun!!!It may make me smile more than my other red CR does.The other CR is a Honda CR250! | ||
