New Millennium tail piece (Silver paint) (not in picture)

I think you are right. I don't know how much clearer I can say it. I thought it would help to have a picture of the parts on the bike but it's just causing confusion for some reason. Thx.

I took the picture off because people thought I was parting the bike out (which I'm not). The flyscreen is available and has no cracks or deep scratches.

Buellinator- No, I don't have an Owner's Handbook but I just bought one from Lake Shore Harley-Davidson / Buell after reading a post in Old School Buell. It was $16.00 plus 9.95 shipping. There's also one on eBay for about the same price.
