Anyone have a stock plastic speedo dash laying around for sale? Looks like I am going to have to go to a local machine shop to see if I can have them fabricate one to accomodate the speedo and a J&P mini tach. The machinist that was selling them on eBay over a year ago cannot be reached! If I can work out a deal with a local shop to produce a larger volume of these I may start re-selling them myself. Dash panel part # M0660.T is about $4 from the dealer. I'd send you one but at $4 new, its hardly worth the trouble to take an old one apart! | ||

Gearheaderiko, Do you have one for purchase or are you suggesting that I purchase one from the dealer? I want to have the spare which I can take to the machinist to start working on a design to incorporate the speedo and the tach. I do not want to tear my bike apart while waiting for one to be built. I'm suggesting you order 1 or 2 from the dealer. You can still attach a tach to the side of your stock dash, have one as a spare if that one breaks, and one to send to the machine shop. If I remember correctly the speedo doesnt readily pop out of the dash panel. Its far less trouble to just order one from the dealer. Since they are prone to breakage, the dealer may have one in stock or it should be easy to get. Literally less than $4 each, thats a fraction of what you'll spend at the machinists! | ||

Eweaver: Gut the OEM AIR BOX and install a K&N PN BU-5000 ... Check ezblast posting(gutting) on this and if you re-think his way, you can do it better ... The "PLUS" is no "DAS BOOT" problems !!! | ||

Sorry. I was answering Eweaver. The intake pictured cost about $20 or so after figuring in gaskets, shorter screws, and several Dremmel cutting discs. I got the air cleaner at Advance Auto. I had to cut off part of it to get it to fit, and then I had to add gaskets to get the filter to clear the screws. | ||

Just a feeler is suppose but would anybody here be interested in buying the complete front light setup from my bike? the headlights are brymar dominators, are dual h4 55/65 watt and were $159 plus shipping and the carbon flyscreen was about $75 plus shipping. I would probably do the whole thing for $170 or so shipped including my home made flyscreen brackets. I dunno whatcha guys think?   | ||

Welcome Daris! I have 2. One is in perfect condition with headlight and wiring. The other is a 'rehab unit' that will get you by, but you'll have to install the wiring from your old headlight and the trim ring is cracked. PM me (private email) if you're interested and we can work out prices. I might have a bracket, but the flyscreen mount might be bent. You only live about 10 miles from me so you can save on shipping (and even installation if you need it)! | ||

I have a complete tail light assembly that I will sell ya. It is still mounted to the plastic rear fender/license plate mount and everything. The plate mount has been trimmed down to make it look more streamlined. I put a new bulb in it in september and it came off in october. What's it worth to ya? Name your price. | ||
