My battery is holding a charge but is only getting 12.20 volts at 3500rpm. Stator(new)@ 3500 putting off 44 volts. Stator at 2k rpm 32-40 volts. Regulator@ 3500 30-36 volts. The battery slowly discharges causing ruining issues. What can this be?

If you were to post this in the correct place I would advise you to load test the battery, clean all grounding points and both ends of both battery cables.

the battery was load tested and the service bulletin of cleaning paint off grounds has been done.I should add that I posted this everywhere. I'm desperate.

Regulator@ 3500 30-36 volts....

Huh? The regulator, if connected to the circuit, should be regulating to about 14 volts or so. If its hooked up and you are seeing 36 volts, your regulator... well... isn't.
