Totally different part, the entire TB is different too. While nothing on earth is unbreakable, the 08+ bikes do not sufferer from broken shafts like the 06/07 bikes did.

The 08 up throttle body has ball bearings for the shaft as opposed to bushings used prior to that. I have no idea what the detailed differences are in the shaft, but I've never heard of one breaking.
