My second one came with the low seat I bought new shortly after I bought my Uly. Damn, that was seven years ago! I recall the part was in a little plastic bag, but don't remember seeing a PN. But I know they had them from the many threads here where people were ordering them a while back. When I first put in in there I could actually feel it with the low seat on. I have relocated and did not like the way wires were bent. My seat sits on the plugs and I have a damaged ecm.
