I could picture that bike with sidebags, containing extra tanks and filtration for refueling at Mcdonalds or chinese restaurant. Top bag would be for storage.

If I had the money I would definitely be ordering one.

It would probably be more economical to purchase a Honda CRF230M. How would they compare power wise? 5,399 + 75+mpg

Yeah, diesel fuel is more expensive than it used to be and not just because of taxes. Hughlysses is right, there is more refining involved now because of EPA regs. You legally cannot and technically should not burn home heating oil in a modern diesel engine. Even off-road engines are now coming out as Tier 4 engines with an ungodly number of sensors, EGR, cats, etc. Burn the wrong fuel and you could be looking at some serious repairs.

I guess following greasecar.com or similar forums might help. I still would love to own one. Especially with an extra tank and portable filtration system for restaurant fuel.
