What fits the Uly? I am shopping one for the wife (pillion), but if possible I would use it riding solo. http://www.airhawk.net/airhawk-products.aspx |

I've got the large cruiser size. I haven't used it yet but my son used it and said it really worked well. The Airhawk R sounds even better with the cutout areas where you want no pressure like the boys. (Message edited by electraglider_1997 on July 08, 2011) |

I use a large cruiser on my uly. It is seating perfection. Add the Palmer brackets and good earplugs and the uly can hang with any BMW on the highway...and smoke it in the twisties! bb |

Almost forgot about this but here are the promised photos of the large Airhawk Cruiser seat cushion. Remember, you don't have to mount it with the front part forward. Whatever you find most comfortable. You want just enough air in it so that you can feel the air squishing from cell to cell as you shift your weight. My son really thought it helped. I got it for 5 dollars at a bike swap meet this past spring. Lucky me since they go for probably 175 buck or more. I'd be more interested in the new model that doesn't put any cells under your nads. Just remember, I personally haven't even used it yet. Also the loops you see came with it and were used to attach to the lady's Harley that it came off of and most likely don't come with the seat originally. Hope these photos help.

Did a 5,000 mile trip last year to Oregon on the Uly with an Airhawk on the seat. I'm sure I would have been in a bad way if I didn't have it. I really liked it...just make sure to let most of the air out of it. |

My wife uses the same model. She loves it. She tried sheepskin and Gel/Sheepskin and says the airhawk is the best. Now if we can just keep her warm, oh wait a minute, now she's hot and the armor is really bulky. Her head phones hurt her ears and sunglasses push on her nose. But never my butt hurts. |
