If possible, is there anyone out there that can scan the service manual pages regarding rear wheel removal and belt replacement? I would need torque specs also...

I can easily do that for you but if you follow the book you will regret it. Recently I did my belt replacement for the first time and had telephone help from Etennuly. There are time and work saving shortcuts that the book doesn't show you. Doing it by the book will be much more involved than following the methods outlined here on BadWeb. PM me if you wish to pursue this route.

Anyone know what is the torque spec for the rear wheel pinch bolt? Should I use blue loctite?

40 to 45 ft. lbs.

Tighten rear axle to 23-27 ft-lbs (31.2-36.6 Nm)
back off two full turns and then retighten to 48-52 ft-lbs (65-70.5 Nm)

Tighten pinch fastener on right side of swingarm to 40-45 ft-lbs (54-61 Nm).
