I'm at work, and my manuals are at home... Can one of you kind souls post up a pic of the parts breakdown of the triple tail for me? I seem to have misplaced a bushing upon my powdercoating process, and would like to see what all is available separate. Thanks! |

I don't have a scanner, but you need 2 # C0091.1AK bearings, they fit between the tail and the grab bars. |

I have tried a few times to take off one of the side rails to modify the triple tail locking mechanism but I can never get the mounting hardware loose. I think its a allen bolt but no matter what I do I can't get enough access to turn the little bugger - even with the tail light removed. I have even tried needle nose vise grips without success. What am I doing wrong? |

It is easy to access when you remove the plastic piece that holes the key for the seat lock. The bolts are angled for easy access from the bottom. I got them in and out without issue using one of those foot long L shaped allen keys of the correct size. |

I have a set of sockets with hex heads for those bolts- works great with a long extension. But yes- remove the whole bottom plastic tray and it's easy! |
