Well,
Now that I've had a chance to put about 500 miles or so on the Uly, I've discovered another slight problem.
The left fork leg is leaking. Looks like the seal is shot.
I intend on replacing the seal, wiper and upper and lower bushings.

I've never done a Uly fork, is there anything I need to watch for?
I did see mention of needing a spring compressor, is it manditory?

What weight is the stock fork oil, The SM says Type E, but what weight is that stuff?

Brad

a spring compression tool helps but you can take the forks apart without it, you just need an extra set of hands.

Also you could use a fork seal driver, but I have installed seals with a little hammer and using the old seal for protection

Brad, here is one thread that you should go through -there is another one where I wrote down detailed instructions but it eludes me for the moment.

Found it!

There are a few suggestions from other experienced Uly owners here after my epistle so read it through and you'll get the idea.

Man, I knew the good stuff would pop up here!
Seals and such are on order from American Sport Bike, should be here mid week.

I'm saving those links Ray, thanks.
