I had seen several members photos in posts from some time ago showing Ulysses, bot X & XT, in serious cornering, knee near draggin, and some on race courses. Seeing 8" of fresh white stuff outside this morning, it is unlikely I can recreate such settings nor likely such capability. But I have need for a few of those shots for settling an argument with a wannabee sport bike expert. I looked through the last couple years of photo section posts to no avail. Does anyone here remember what the thread topics were that had those photos, or who the riders were? Better still, if you have some shots of a good deep lean in a curve on a Uly, can you please post them or PM me? Much obliged, ~jammer | ||

Trying looking in the 3%er section. New12 has a Uly and I believe there are some pics of him draggin a knee on a Uly. Also try any of the March Badness picture threads. | ||

Look for the Dragon pics. A lot of Kill-boy's pics have showed up here. I recall some of Chadhargess on a track day. Charlie's handle I think is New12r, he had ground off peg pics from a track day. Marchbadness and Buelltoberfest should have a lot from gixxer corner. | ||

Actually it will go just as far with the bags on it. I have had the side of my boot drag with them on. I keep the chicken strips cleaned off with the bags on. From what I have heard they won't let you run them on track days. I think I do recall someone saying they touched them down a few years ago. I don't recall seeing any pics. | ||

Cowboy boots and knee pucks... classic!! I got lots of flak for my cowboy boots that day! Needless to say I dropped the coin on some racing boots a week later. Oh well, the cowboy boots held up just fine when I was sliding across the pavement @ 60mph. |
