almost forgot, its 08 Uly x

Okay so I noticed my bike was running sluggish and I checked the exhaust actuator and its not working. I have a check engine light now. I am under warranty but wondered
1 Can I reset the check engine light?
2 Does anyone know if the 12s actuator is the same? It has the same numbers except the last part of the number is 2AA and not 2AAA
Normally this wouldnt be a big deal but as luck would have it I am selling my truck tomorrow and will only have the Uly until I can find a new truck!

If you got the software to reset it, go ahead. All 12's use the same actuator. The extra A on the end means it was revised, so the one with AA is an older part. I don't see why it wouldn’t work, I doubt it is that much different. Throw your old one back on if you can after you all get all settled in and see if it throws the code again. If so, then take it to the dealer for a swap.

Thanks Froggy, I ordered a new one for $76 Surdyke Harley). I plan to install the new one until I can get to the dealer. I will take it to the dealer with the broken one installed and that will at least give me a spare. wish I had known about the AA vs AAA sooner. The AAA is $76 and the AA $40. I hope the AAA is better...Thanks again, wired open valve for now!!!
