Author Message   Dennis_c Posted on Saturday, July 29, 2006 - 10:03 pm:        I went to Mid-Ohio for the AMA Vintage M C Days to test ride 07 Uly they had only two Buells there a 900 lighting & Uly. The Uly was to many hrs. to wait. It don't seam like sell them them to badly. I was there 1 hr. early so if you want to test a Uly get there 2 hrs. early   Teeps Posted on Sunday, July 30, 2006 - 04:26 pm:        Got to see and sit on an '07 Uly today, at the Rock Store. I like the '07 low seat. I can touch the ground with both feet, with more than tip toes. It was my first test ride of one. And with the wife on the back.. she loved it also. I am offically in the market for one right now. So far it has been the ONLY adventure bike to put a smile on my face while riding it. The BWM 1200GS couldn't do it. The Suzuki DL1000 couldn't either. The Duc Multistrada...well..let's just say that I would rather ride than maintain. The new seat..well..I couldn't tell the difference from the 06 I sat on. But it handled great (after I jacked the back up to full hard with passenger - I'm 215 and the wife's 125). The motor was great... plenty of power..too bad I was used to my 6 speed. That sounds about right since it seems to be backward compatible to the 06s. I thought I saw some comment about a change of some kind under the seat area but I may have misunderstood the comment.
