Meeting was good we had 12 or so folks show up along with 3 junior members & 1 Satellite member via phone, looks like everything should be a go. Jamie & Dean just need to talk with Mark about it, but they both seemed pretty upbeat & willing to help us. We are going to submit the name Belle City Buellers, but since Buell/HD can sometimes be sticklers about the use of the word Buell or Brag in the name we also will submit Belle City Riders. More info to come when we get it. | ||

M2, mail is sent. BTW Rocketsprink has already come up with a name for our first ride, Belles at the Dells. Course knowing our weather around here it may not be our first "actual" club ride but it will be a real nice late spring ride. Maybe some go-kart competition in the Dells when we get there? | ||

Deal's Gap is July 30th thru August 6th. I have a lot on my mind about the Belle City, Uke's thing. I look forward to a new Dealer/Club relationship, but was also VERY surprised at what I saw at Uke's today as it pertains to their BRAG Club. | ||

Everything that was requested was done and then some. Not looking to mend fences, but I still believe that one of the " officers" should let them know what's going on. It IS the mature way to handle it. But, as it has been pointed out to me, I am one of the newest members, so I guess I better shut up and let the Elders do as they see fit. Two wrongs don't make a right, but 3 lefts do! Contrary to popular beliefs, I don't think they have a clue to what is going on or they wouldn't have done a damn thing. | ||

Anyone actually go for a ride today? I did, went to hals, rode around a bunch, burned off some of my tire(honest officer, that wasn't tire smoke. ) But coming in to my driveway, hit a damn big rock, the front wheel slid sideways on it, and the saddlebags acting as a slider  Oh well, I wanted to paint 'em anyhow | ||

I dont see snything wrong with telling Ukes the game plan. Just like there is nothing wrong with having 2 clubs in the area. Its going to be interesting in the future to see what Buells plans with regards to dealerships that are allowed to continue selling Buells. A little birdy told me Buells plans with regards to dealerships is there will be less than 100 in the states that will continue to sell the brand. Right now there is somewhere in the neighborhood of 450 Buell dealers. This may mean a bigger merger of Brag clubs where members wish to continue. |
