saw in mentioned in another thread. I have a tall shield from an XT and a tall '06 seat, and the air is hitting me from the shoulders and up. wondering how much will the Laminar Lip raise the air flow. Thanks! |

That's hard to answer, Yan, for me anyway. There are a lot of variables, i.e. rider height, particularly rider upper body length, where you position the Laminar Lip, tolerance for air flow, etc. I am 6'2", 34" inseam, and have the Lip set high. It extends the height of the tall shield about three inches. I look over the Laminar Lip by a considerable distance and like it. A nice feature of the Laminar lip is you can try different settings. Windshields are not as straight forward as we'd like. |
