Just wondering in general how long it takes for the refund to get processed for the return of a rotor? I send two rotors back which arrived on the 12th Jan to them and still no refund, also no replies to emails, getting quite annoyed that they can't even reply to emails. Erik needs to be careful his company doesn't get slack on service if he wants his new line to do well with Buell owners. |

Personally, I think you might be expecting things to happen a bit too quickly. I think giving a company 30 days to take in a returned item and process and issue the refund is reasonable. If it is all on credit card it might be able to go quicker, but remember EBR is a small company with, I suspect, people wearing a lot of different hats. I don't think it is time to start complaining yet. Let us know how it goes in another couple of weeks. |

Maybe they're backed up from the holidays or something? I had my refund within a week. |

...the racing season is starting ( at least out here)...and back at the EBR shop...tuning/painters/tires/testing...all starting to move toward getting ready for Daytona (March 14-16) ....it's been my experience the best time to get things done ( with a race shop) is after Halloween... |

I checked their site and the description of the service for the rotor states, "... the core charge will be refunded once your rotor arrives, is inspected, and approved...." My experiences with EBR have all been outstanding. Hopefully yours will be too. |

OP, where are you sending the e-mails that you say you get no response? |

I would try info@ebracing.com with a clear subject line - "Rotor return / core refund question". My experience is, the person screening the info@ inbox generally forwards the message pretty quickly to the proper party. |

Hi there, An update....they got back to me just under a month after they received the cores. Heres the reply We are working on the core credits for you and ..... We have a new inventory/accounting management system that has had us on a learning curve. The credits will be done tomorrow and should post to your accounts by Monday the 11th. So got the core credits done now, so happy, but thought it would be a lot quicker. |

I was worried, mine was quick, but it was before the software change So....... I'd say it's the software, not the company |

Can't comment on the rotors, but I had some EBR parts delivered to the UK in about a week. How good is that? |
